The short version

HighwaySoul is a U.S.-based dating platform for CDL drivers, owner-operators, and Co-Pilot members aged 18 and over. By using the site, you agree to keep your profile honest, treat other members with respect, follow the prohibited-behavior rules below, and accept that disputes are resolved under U.S. law.

Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, sending a wave, or even browsing as a guest, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you and HighwaySoul ("we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. We may update these terms from time to time - when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and notify active members by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.

Who Can Use HighwaySoul

HighwaySoul is designed for adults living in the United States who are interested in trucker dating, blue-collar relationships, or the OTR lifestyle. You can register if you meet every condition below.

18+ only - strict enforcement

You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. We use age verification on every account and immediately remove any profile we suspect belongs to a minor. Reporting suspected underage accounts is required, not optional - use the in-app report button or email support.

  • You are 18 or older and legally able to enter contracts in your state.
  • You are a U.S. resident or legally present in the United States.
  • You are not registered on any sex-offender registry.
  • You have not been previously banned from HighwaySoul.
  • For CDL Verified status, you hold a valid Class A, B, or C commercial driver's license.

Account Rights and Responsibilities

Your account is yours - but you are responsible for everything that happens on it. That means keeping your login credentials private, not sharing accounts with friends or spouses, and reporting unauthorized access within 48 hours of noticing it.

You agree to provide accurate information at sign-up, including your real first name, age, location, and driver type. Co-Pilot members must use real photos that show their face clearly. CDL drivers submitting verification must upload a current, unaltered license. Misrepresentation - including catfishing, stolen photos, or false CDL claims - is grounds for immediate termination without refund.

Premium subscriptions auto-renew at the rate disclosed at purchase. You can cancel anytime in account settings; cancellation stops the next billing cycle but does not refund the current one. Refund requests for billing errors are handled within 10 business days - contact our team through the support page.

Prohibited Behavior on the Platform

HighwaySoul exists to help real people find real relationships. Behavior that undermines that mission gets your account terminated. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Romance scams and financial requests - never ask members for money, gift cards, crypto, wire transfers, or "emergency" funds. Reports are forwarded to the FTC.
  • Catfishing - using someone else's photos, fake names, or a fake CDL.
  • Harassment - repeated unwanted messages after someone has declined, slurs, threats, or stalking behavior on or off the platform.
  • Solicitation - escort services, prostitution, sugar-arrangement offers, or any commercial sexual activity.
  • Underage contact - any attempt to interact with minors, on-platform or off.
  • Spam and external promotion - recruiting for MLMs, OnlyFans, crypto schemes, dispatch services, or other apps.
  • Account abuse - running multiple accounts, evading bans, scraping profiles, or automating actions with bots.
  • Illegal content - anything that violates federal or state law, including non-consensual imagery, hate speech, or drug solicitation.

Read our full safety tips page for guidance on spotting and reporting these behaviors.

User Content and Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of the photos, voice notes, messages, and profile text you upload. By posting them, you grant HighwaySoul a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and process that content for the purpose of operating the platform. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account - except for content other members have already saved or screenshotted, which we cannot recall.

The HighwaySoul name, logo, route-line graphics, "CDL Verified" badge, and all platform code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or use them to build a competing service.

Limitation of Liability

HighwaySoul provides a platform for connection - we do not guarantee matches, relationships, marriages, or any specific outcome. We screen members and verify CDLs, but we cannot guarantee the truthfulness of every claim a member makes. You meet people at your own risk and discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including emotional distress, lost wages from missed loads, or relationship outcomes. Some U.S. states do not allow these limitations - in those states, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by state law.

Suspension and Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, threatened other members, or put the platform at legal risk. In most cases we will send a warning first - but for severe violations (underage contact, scams, threats), termination is immediate and final.

You can close your own account anytime from account settings. After closure, your profile is deactivated within 24 hours and permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, fraud investigations or tax records). Closing your account does not refund unused subscription time unless required by your state.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of HighwaySoul will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules - except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies.

You waive the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding against HighwaySoul. If arbitration is unavailable, the exclusive jurisdiction is the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware. This section does not apply where prohibited by U.S. federal law or your state's consumer-protection statutes.

Questions About These Terms

If anything in these terms is unclear, ask before you agree. Our support team answers legal-process and account questions through the contact page. For privacy-specific questions, see our Privacy Policy. For cookie-tracking details, read the Cookie Policy.

Bottom line

Be honest. Be respectful. Don't scam. Don't message minors. Pay your subscription on time. Disputes go to Delaware arbitration. If you can live with that, you are good to roll on HighwaySoul.
