The support desk runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Central Time, with a smaller weekend rotation covering Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CT. We picked Central Time on purpose - it is the timezone the largest share of U.S. drivers reset in, and it splits the difference between the I-95 East Coast crowd and the I-5 West Coast runs.
